Product Specifications
The balustrade toughened glass panels can be supported by Austvision Spider
444/2 and 444/4 Austvision fittings. The spider is manufactured from lost
wax casting process in Austenite 316 grade stainless steel with a tensile
strength of 600mPa.
The
surface finish of the spider shall be finished in satin no. 4 or polish
no. 6.
The toughened glass
panel shall be of 8mm minimum thickness with predrilled countersunk holes
to suit the Austfix fittings. For tempered safety glass less than 8mm
thick, a load bearing stainless steel disc is to be implemented. (See
