AUSTVISION ALPHA-LINK 50/150
The Austvision Alpha-Link 50/150 is a new profiled glass connector designed primarily for balustrade, infill panels, pool fences or internal glass screens connected to posts and balusters.
The Alpha-Link 50/150 can also be used for other glass fixing solutions including the Austvision Spider Frame System and canopies.
The Alpha-Link 50/150 is an improved technique of connecting toughened glass panels to a post or frame by means of a slotted fixing and pre-located M10 bolt and tightening nut. This avoids the need for welding tabs or fixings to the posts and makes measuring and installation easier. It can also be adjusted for angle to composite for inaccuracy on site of floor levels and stair angles.
The Alpha-Link 50/150 is made by the investment casting process using 316 grade stainless steel. It has a smooth and attractive "Alpha Shape" profile, which marries up with the Austvision 50mm diameter series of balustrade fittings, ie. countersunk (CS), radius disc (RD) and stepped disc (SD) fittings.
The Alpha-Link 50/150 can be used in conjunction with glass panels selected from AS 1288 and NZS 4223: Part 3 and design loads selected from AS/NZS 1170 or NZS 4203.
The Alpha-Link 50/150 is available in standard finishes of satin and polised stainless steel.

The Austvision Alpha-Link 50/150 is suitable for use with glass, poly-carbonate, perspex, PVC sheeting and other similar sheeting materials. Stock fittings are satin stainless finish with other finishes available on request.
